1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for services that have not yet been fully delivered or initiated. This includes services such as website development, digital marketing campaigns, and copywriting services. Once a service has been initiated or completed, refunds will not be provided unless specified in the agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Custom-built digital solutions, such as websites, mobile applications, and branding assets, are non-refundable once the initial design and development phase has begun. Any work involving third-party tools or subscriptions (e.g., hosting, software licenses) are not eligible for a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at message@wiredtendon.com within 7 days of the purchase or commencement of services. Refund requests should include the project details, reasons for the request, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request and inform you of the outcome within 14 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where part of the service has been delivered, partial refunds may be offered, depending on the extent of work completed.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is approved but has not been received within 14 days, first check your bank account. If it is still not reflected, contact your bank or payment provider, as processing time may vary. If you’ve followed all steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at message@wiredtendon.com.

6. Service Modifications and Amendments

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our service, we encourage you to reach out to us. We offer revisions and adjustments within the scope of the original agreement to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
